Sadly, my son passed away in Bronx, NY, and I live in Maine. It was impossible for me to travel there, and Service Master was FANTASTIC to deal with and helped me so much! Everyone I encountered, from the initial phone reps to the crews that showed up on site to perform the work, was sensitive to my situation and helped in every way they could to solve my many problems. Everything about the process was great. Kelli set everything up for us, The house was a mess and Ayden and Jean-Charles were a wonderful team. Over the course of three afternoons they tirelessly cleaned my 91 year old father's bedroom and bathroom, the mess included blood and feces from my father's significant other. They were kind to my forgetful father and patient with the elderly dog that barked non-stop. They kept in touch to let us know when they would arrive daily.
