I have never in my life needed to engage a service like this and until my best friend's dad died suddenly. She lives out of town and so I took on the responsibility of managing the aftermath for her. Kelly and his helper came to the house and met me. Very nice, friendly, & sympathetic. They cleaned the living room, removed the carpet, took away a recliner that was ruined, washed walls and ceilings. Also did the same in the master bathroom. Took only two days and I was able to come in. De Odorized and livable in the area that were very bad from the death of my Uncle, who was elderly and wanted to die at home. Kelly and Ken came out today to remove several items from my two small bedrooms, discard a lot of trash, remove the old carpet and padding, sanitize, and seal the subflooring with Kilz paint all due to my cats urinenating in there. Our family had an amazing experience with this service, starting with the receptionist that set me up with a supervisor. She called me back within 5 minutes to confirm a supervisor was available same-day to assess the home. The supervisor was thorough, kind, and finished the job within an hour of arriving. I cannot tell you what it meant to our family to have such efficient help with a job no family should handle themselves. 10/10 would recommend.
