Today was an unspeakably difficult day, but the professionalism, kindness, and care shown to me made the day a little easier.
Joe and Tony were at our house for four hours after the passing of a family member. We cannot say enough about their caring and compassion for the circumstances of their visit. The work they did was absolutely phenomenal. We would recommend Aftermath with 100% confidence.
These are horrible people please do yourself a favor and do not use their services. They lost the information about a payment plan THEY HAD SET UP. They then accused me of lying about having a payment plan in the first place when I called to make the payment. It took over 5 tries to get through to them in the first place to try and make the payment. The lady was horrible and rude. On May 3rd Aftermath was called to come take care of cleaning after the loss of my father. They came on that Saturday and they got paperwork and everything for me to sign. They immediately began work and were so good about keeping me informed of what they needed to do and why. They were helpful and caring due to my situation. During a truly traumatic time in our lives, the staff at aftermath services was incredibly supportive and thorough. They take pride in their work, as well as having immense amounts of sympathy for the families and their struggles. The office staff as well as the on-site crews were always available to answer our endless questions.
