RecommendedGood honest folks, They find out what you need and get it done. They don’t tell you what you ‘need’.
Very unimpressed with this company, we sent some Icon shocks in for rebuild because they told us they had a 2 day turnaround. After 2.5 weeks and several calls they finally got the shocks sent back out. They were nearly twice the price as their competition, however with their stated 2 day turn around we were willing to pay the extra to get our customer back on the road. We will not be using you guys again and will push our business elsewhere.
Aftermarket HQ KNOWS customer service. Walter went out of his way to make sure an ICON order was put together (after working with ICON) so it would make it to me in time for an event. Thank-you very much!
Unfortunately Walter is great at his job and sold me a lot of stuff for my Raptor before I even had 500 miles on it! Great prices and even better customer service. He knows what what works and what doesn’t and will steer you in the right direction regardless of the sale.

I have to give credit to excellent customer service by Aftermarket HQ. I sent them my shocks from my 2014 Raptor they had them rebuilt and completed in just 2 days. They were incredible to talk too and even gave me a military discount. Outstanding company. Keep up the hard work. No questions as to who the best company is to send out your shocks.
