They had my 5 year old in and out very quickly. All of the staff were very friendly.
I was there for 2 and a half hours. The nurse saw me then the Physician's assistant saw me and did a nose swab. Then I sat there forever. Finally I went out and told them I was leaving and please call me with the test results. They said I had to see the Dr. For that. Never going there again.
The staff were fast and efficient. I got there just before 9:00 and was out with a prescription by 9:15.
Went in for a friend who had been sick for 2 weeks. Receptionist was snooty and short with us told us there were 5 people ahead of us with only 2 people in the waiting room. Said "we can help you with that but you'll have to wait" when asked how long the wait was receptionist said "don't know" when we asked if it would be an hour, he responded "maybe, maybe longer like I said I don't know." For urgent care they are NOT VERY URGENT OR UNDERSTANDING. Their bedside manner sucks. Will NEVER be stepping foot in there again
Waited for over an hour to be seen. And the Dr sent my script to the wrong drug store.
