Took my 2017 Ram to Afterhours Repair LLC on January 29, 2024 because I had a check engine light on and I wanted whatever was causing it to be repaired. They said it was my timing chain and fuel pump. They had my vehicle for a couple of days and after numerous attempts to get a hold of them Steve called and said they just completed it and there were no faults. So far, I have almost caught the car on fire. The breaks have gone completely out, and some other work needs to be done. I am dumbfounded when it comes to cars but excellent when it comes to finances. After going over things with dad back home (the mechanic in the family), he said it sounds to him like I'm in good hands. On both occasions, these matters were immediately addressed, and I was back on the road in no time. Some of these negative reviews made me laugh, but then again, I am easily entertained. This business made our life a living nightmare. We were on our way home from a vacation in Colorado and the rear end of our truck broke down in Nebraska. We had it towed here and wow do we regret that! It was towed there on a Friday evening and we paid for the part upfront to be done by Wednesday…that never happened. They told us they got a bad part in and had to get another. We were stranded at a hotel for a week before we realized they were never going to get it done!
