Sam was fantastic! He asked to see my hair and discuss colour the day before so he could advise. My hair is extremely dry, has remnants of when I had a bad colouring turning dark brown hair beige, and 3 different fades of Purple streaks. I spent 3 hrs in the Salon, removing colour, then putting in the dark violet that I wanted on side highlights. Also had a trim and more layers put in for body.
