Dej is a wonderful piercer, got me in next day for an appointment. She’s very chill, fun and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and allowed time for me to calm my nerves. Clean space, watched her sanitize the area and change gloves multiple times.
Chantel is my favorite person and I have been seeing her since 2021 for my lash extensions.
lady was super unprofessional came in after seeing their "$30/piercing 12-8pm" promo on tiktok, came in at 5:30 after a 3 hour drive and they turned me away, saying they werent taking any more appts. the promo clearly said walk-in only, just disappointed that after such a long drive all i got in return was an "oh, damn" from the ladies up front. simply irresponsible in my opinion to promote a deal like that for a longer time period than you are able to actually do it for, you should know your shop's abilities and staff's cap... read more
Lansdowne worst place. Terrible customer service. Flash sale advertised minimum 2 pricing. 30 bucks each. Stood in line feezing snow day just to put on a waiting list and told 2 hours come back. Came back waited another 4 hours just to be told we can only get 1 piercing. Plus they let others cut in line. They did not offer yo reschedule at discount price. Playing favorites yet unorganized.
