I just started taking the beginner silks class here and am enjoying it so much! The staff are super easy to reach over email/phone and very helpful and supportive during class, adapting to different skill and strength levels/providing alternatives if you have a past injury or some other limitation. I got a really good vibe from the people there. Very welcoming and nonjudgmental environment
Love learning at Afterglow! Amazing teachers, students, and a colorful, plant-filled space with room for warm-ups and many apparati make for a fun and welcoming aerial studio.
Mary and Jolene who run afterglow have been so accommodating when it comes to my busy schedule. With their help, I’ve been able to consistently take classes as a beginner in aerial silks. It truly makes a world of a difference! Every instructor who I’ve taken classes with has been so wonderful and patient. I love afterglow and I’m so thankful they have so many options for absolute beginners like myself who are learning how amazing aerial arts can be!
Afterflow is truly such a special space! I took Kates Lyra 1 classes and really enjoyed her as an instructor! so sweet, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I felt supported the entire time and left class feeling stronger and more confident. The studio itself is amazing. There are plenty of rigs (which can honestly be hard to find at other spaces), so you really get the time and space to practice without feeling rushed. The vibe is so welcoming and inclusive! I can’t recommend Afterflow enough!
Outstanding studio with very knowledgeable instructors. The May program at the wonderful Alberta Rose Theater was very creative choreographed. Kudos to the owner, manager, instructors, performers. The support is very evident with all the parents, family, and friends in attendance. Beginner to advanced classes, love to watch them fly and contortion. Looking forward to 2026 camps and May 2027 Alberta Rose show!!Amazing energy company!!!!
