I have used afterglow many times. Great customer service, not a long wait time for an appointment and they are alway able to fix whatever the problem is. I would highly recommend them.
The owner really cares!
My entire experience with Afterglow was great. Not great that our furnace broke down but they had a service tech here quickly to diagnose. Offered options to fix or replace. And then were back to install the new furnace within 2 business days. The install technicians (Alex and Kyle) were professional, respectful, and generally pleasant to work with. Highly recommend calling Afterglow.

I can't say enough about Steve and the team at Afterglow. They are a customer service-first company. The level of expertise paired with the highest degree of client care makes every interaction outstanding.
