The Dr. Was incredibly kind . The staff is very knowledgeable ! Susan really took her time to educate me on my eye condition . I can't say enough great things !!!!!
I LOVE THE DOCTOR, HE TAKES HIS TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING WITH YOU AND MAKES SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERY PART OF YOUR EXAM! HE DOESN'T RUSH YOU LIKE SOME DOCTORS DO AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO RUN BEHIND, I'M ALWAYS TAKEN BACK ON TIME! SUSAN CAME UP FRONT AND WAS AS SWEET AS ALWAYS, SHE ALWAYS HAS A SMILE FOR EVERYONE! I really likes the Dr but the front desk staff was less than friendly. My first impression was when I walked in and I was not greeted- even when I silently stood 2 feet in front of the desk staff. What made it worse is that they proceeded to start a conversation while I was still there waiting. When I went to pick up my glasses, they handed them to me and did not even offer to fit them. I gave 2 stars because I did like the Dr and his exam. That is the only reason they did not get a 0 stars. Highly disappointed.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly, excellent Doctor. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you for your help.
