This practice has gone downhill. No return calls. can't get them to fill outvinsurance firm's. they use Practioner Nurses for mist appts. then when you need a firm filled out their excuse us the nurse isn't in. We ha e not been reimbursed for our insurance benefits for 6 weeks now because we needed firm's filled out in the beginning of Sept. and still haven't even gotten a return call on any of the 8-10 messages we left for them ..
RN looked at me, told me I was fine. She didn't do any blood tests though. Anyways they told me they charge as a "specialist" my insurance came back and said they should have charged me as a primary. Annoyed that they are not honest like that, and that I had to call and get my money back, instead of doing it right upfront. If i didn't call, i probably wouldn't have gotten my money back either.
