Susan and Richie worked quickly when we had some construction done and a line was broken. She moved employees to get them to us as soon as possible and we are very thankful for that. It probably was the coldest night in December and at 9pm water was backing up from underneath my toilets. My 86yr old mother lives with me and as you know you can't not have a bathroom issue. I called it said for faster response send a text and within 10 minutes I had a response told them what was happening and they were there within an hour. Richie was super knowledgeable and figured out where the problem was within a very short time. He was able to come out on a Sunday to fix an emergency issue. Highly recommend!
