I used to love this place and the staff. I went there as a kid myself and up until they had new ownership they were great.The new staff act like you are stupid, are weird for knowing your kid and what their symptoms are and bothersome to them for even being there. I brought my son in because I knew he had a sinus infection. It presented the same as ALWAYS and I was treated like I was insane for knowing my child. Came in tonight for an allergic reaction and the front desk was so helpful checking in, saw the dr within 20 minutes and Dr K was so attentive and talked with me & got my daughter a freeze pop with her medicine and after she left I thought of something else that had been bothering my daughter and she came back in and assessed the situation and my daughter needed another medication and I was just so grateful to get it all done in one appointment. I love the people here. They are all super helpful. We have been coming here for five years now I love that you can finally schedule appointments online and not have to wait. This has been amazing game changer.we came in last night last minute for my son, which was amazing. Please verify pharmacy with the patient before they leave because we asked for a Brooker Creek pharmacy and we got a boot wrench pharmacy not the same so of course I drove to the wrong pharmacy today and wasted time in addition to that when you print out ... read more
