The staff was amazing and took good care of us. I came in really late and the staff was welcoming and got us seen really quickly. So thankful for your friendly and caring staff!
Today was a really stressful day for our family, and I just want to say thank you to Dr. Tammy. Our daughter was scared and in pain because the back of her earring was stuck in her ear. Dr. Tammy was so kind, so patient, and so gentle with her. She talked to her the whole time, kept trying to make her feel comfortable, and never gave up easily. Had a great experience taking our 3 year old for an urgent care visit on a weekend.
Update: Awful. 2 years later, the exact opposite of quick and efficient. Im sitting here with my 3 year old, now for nearly an hour and a half, for a simple strep test. Had an appointment at 815. Got here earlier than that. My son has been here before but "they have new owners" so we had to fill out all the paperwork all over again. Didn't get to a room until after 9. Its now 930, still haven't seen a provider. Completely and utterly disappointed.
