I am incredibly disappointed with our recent experience at this clinic. We scheduled an appointment online for 5:45 PM, but once my husband and son arrived, the time was pushed back multiple times—first to 6:20 and then to 6:35. Despite having an appointment, they waited nearly two hours to be seen. To make matters worse, we were told that because of a "new system," none of our son’s previous records were available, forcing us to fill out all the paperwork from scratch. Today she didn’t write the nebulizer prescription , also the antibiotic prescription they sent to wrong pharmacy , also they made us fill all patient information from scratch as there is new owner !!
Medical staff friendly and seemed efficient but the front desk girl with the braids is rude. She just seems to not like her job at all and did not bother to check to see if we checked in online and just is very cold, pushy and wants to start demanding paperwork to be filled out without even really greeting anyone. Seems to be recurrent in reviews i see yet nobody does anything . They also talk loudly back-and-forth at the counter with the nurses about patients that are in the rooms whether or not they should really be there ... read more
I want to thank the ladies that stayed late when we came in at almost closing time. The front desk was patient as we had to update records. The nurse and PA both were very understanding and attentive to my child's needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this location and team!
Staff was all very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with exceptional patience even when I repeated myself. Felt more informed than with almost any other doctor visit.
