We had a wonderful experience at Pediatric After Hours this week. We saw Susanna FNP, she is an amazing provider. She was so patient, kind, warm and reassuring. Our concern was addressed, compassionately and thoroughly. We will definitely be returning in the future.
I am only giving this a one star review as no stars is not an option. My child was seen second as they don’t take reservations and we were there 30 minutes before opening and no one was there but us. Second we left and the provider barely did a good evaluation. Then when we went to pick up a prescription it was never called in causing an extremely disappointing convince with a parent of two acting alone. Called to complain they admitted a provider was in wrong my Child was in pain and all they could say is they made a mistak... read more
I am incredibly disappointed with our recent experience at this clinic. We scheduled an appointment online for 5:45 PM, but once my husband and son arrived, the time was pushed back multiple times—first to 6:20 and then to 6:35. Despite having an appointment, they waited nearly two hours to be seen. To make matters worse, we were told that because of a "new system," none of our son’s previous records were available, forcing us to fill out all the paperwork from scratch. Today she didn’t write the nebulizer prescription , also the antibiotic prescription they sent to wrong pharmacy , also they made us fill all patient information from scratch as there is new owner !!
Medical staff friendly and seemed efficient but the front desk girl with the braids is rude. She just seems to not like her job at all and did not bother to check to see if we checked in online and just is very cold, pushy and wants to start demanding paperwork to be filled out without even really greeting anyone. Seems to be recurrent in reviews i see yet nobody does anything . They also talk loudly back-and-forth at the counter with the nurses about patients that are in the rooms whether or not they should really be there ... read more
