My son was seen in an efficient and timely manner. We had a wonderful experience at this facility. The staff and provider were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Our little guy woke up around 9PM crying hysterically of ear and throat pain. This was the only pedatric urgent care open until 11pm in our area. We were able to make an appt and finalize the registration during our drive. They took us in the back right away and diagnosed him with a double ear infection and swollen glands. Dont waste your time going here. They wouldn’t even check my child when i communicated he had congestion. Had to drive 30 min to the children’s hospital
Refused to see and evaluate my child, thier determination was so they could remain free of liability. Jessica was very rude. Terrible place to choose for care.
This was HONESTLY THE BEST experience I have ever had at any doctors office. Had I known about this place long time, then this would have been my son’s primary care. The staff is PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING and FRIENDLY. Mh son did not want to leave. . While waiting, I could see the nurses in the back flying children like an airplane just so they wouldn’t cry and so they could feel more comfortable. They treated my baby so good.
