Phenomenal places!!!! Took my son this evening here and the nurse with the docto were extremely polite and caring!!!! Definitely recommend it!!
Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this urgent care. I decided to bring my son here again because we had been there once before and, although they weren’t able to treat him there, we actually had a really positive experience with the staff. The first time we went, we were only there for maybe five minutes because they recognized that he needed a higher level of care, including blood work and X-rays, and they gave us a great recommendation for an ER that could properly help him. Take the drive to another pediatric after hours. The staff is rude. They don’t honor the time you choose online. When you ask for wait time, they say they “have no clue, could be an hour or two.” Just save yourself the headache and aggravation and go literally anywhere else.
Arrived here for what felt like an emergency, only to be reassured kindly and sweetly that it was only a panic attack and gave me advice on how to manage it and to see a psychologist. There was a boy who had an emergency and fainted in front of us, and staff was urgent and efficient in their treatment and the boy was treated exceptionally kind. Compared to other pediatricians, this location and their staff were beautiful. After many years, I have truly been heard.
