Dr Gervais has been the Doctor to my 3 sons, 10,12, 16 since they were born. We highly recommend her. She has been a calm steady voice through 3 colicky babies, a number of stitches, high fevers and well visits and other assorted growing pains. She has always been quick to return calls and offer referrals when needed.

Dr. Gervais has been the pediatrician for both my kids (now 16 and 11) from birth. She genuinely cares about her patients beyond simply their health. She is kind and pleasant and we never feel rushed. She is always available in a crunch and is very flexible. All of the specialists to whom she has referred us have been, like her, amongst the best in their fields.

We arrived early. They left us waiting 35mins after the appointment time. After I talked to the receptionist twice, they called us into an exam room, we waited 25mins before the Dr cane in. After the appointment they told me they would send the prescription to the pharmacy, we waited 30 mins at the pharmacy and left because my daughter who was very ill was about to faint.
