As a parent, I would like to express my concerns regarding the recent experience I had while trying to schedule an appointment for my 8-year-old. During my conversation with the clinic staff, I was informed that it has been over a year since our last visit and that my child would need to be considered an “established” patient, which entails having yearly visits. I took my son to get labwork done but the lab could not find the orders. I called the office to explain the situation. Maria G acted quickly to re fax the orders, not once but several times because the fax was not coming through clearly. She was very kind and patient and called a few times to check on me to see if the fax was recieved. With her hard work the orders came in and I was able to get the blood draw completed. She was very helpful, kind and patient. I appreciate her very much. I think she deserves a raise!

I made an urgent appointment for an evening slot with this office and they acted fast and efficiently in what turned out to be an emergent situation. They were compassionate, kind, thorough, and efficient. Stephanie, the PA, is extremely clinically skilled and knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I would recommend This Place But in ways, Dr. Becky, I would recommend not seeing her. She gave my child a flu test and she stick it up really hard up into my child’s nose after we left this place My daughter got a nosebleed

My daughter has an infection that keeps coming back and other concerning symptoms, and dr Lujan said "she's perfectly fine". When I asked if she can order some labs, she got MAD! and her response was: "why? are you questioning my judgment?" Yes, I do question her judgment and expertise! She was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and incompetent. This doctor should face legal consequences for professional incompetence. If you want to see a provider who cares about people, AVOID this place!
