Been bringing my baby here for the last 18 months. They are never on time with their appointments. I get it, you get busy but every time? We have schedules we go by as families too. The Rio Ranch location NEVER has us waiting.
I would strongly not recommend this place. They do not properly diagnose. My son almost died because I trusted them and they let me and my son down. I left a review on yelp regarding the whole story if you are needing more context. You must know Dr. Juan Gallegos who is director of the Holly location is insensitive and inconsiderate. All he cares about is if he or his staff can get in trouble, they do not care that a little 5 year old boy almost died because of their incompetence. Had to bring my toddler here last night when she was running a high fever. The staff were so compassionate and understanding. They made her laugh and put our fears at ease. Thank you for everything you do!
THIS PLACE IS NOT FAST SERVICE! This place NEVER answers. their PHONE SYSTEM is the weirdest u can call ANY time of day and it'll tell u 18+ people in front u so u will be on the phone 20+min once u accepted and have an appt the Dr WILL LEAVE U IN THE BACK ROOM FOR MORE THEN 30 MINS then she'll come see the child for 15 min and that's the appt (SO THEY BILL INSURANCE FOR A WHOLE HOUR AND ONLY SPEND 15 MIN WITH PATIENTS)and hopefully you don't need to leave a message for the NURSE ON CALL cause that'll be another 2 hours oh a... read more
We waited a month to see a Doctor, on the day of the appointment we got a call that the Doctor was out that day. The soonest they could re-schedule was another month out. Go to a Clinic with some empathy that actually cares about your kids health.
