Took my 8 year old son here to be evaluated because everyone in the house has off and on diarrhea doctor says that she thinks it's constipation but I'm not sure how that could be when everyone in the house has been having off and on diarrhea since we moved here to Albuquerque. Doctor was very rude and dismissive would not evaluate further. This is a great office if you want in and out if there's no actual problem but I am not happy with their services for either one of my children as we never get thorough enough evaluations ... read more
had a very uncomfortable experience at this clinic. The front desk staff, especially one individual named Marlaine Skinner, behaved in a way that felt unprofessional and made me uneasy. I expected a safe, respectful environment—especially at a pediatric facility—and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others until there are some serious changes in staff behavior and professionalism.
Asked for testing they refused to do at a scheduled appointment .. tested on my own a day later (strep) which confirmed positive and they said had to make another appointment to confirm and prescribe the needed medication even though my child was very symptomatic. (My other child was seen a day before by them for the same thing and confirmed without testing and prescribed meds) This place is a joke and will find a real pediatrician .. will never take my kids there again even though had been using them for years.
Friendly staff and providers. They have been incredibly helpful sending prior authorizations so my son can get speech therapy.
