I would give zero stars if I could, the girls working here are so rude and unprofessional! My daughter had to use the bathroom and they started saying to each other, she had the whole time to go and she decides to go now I hate that… She is a six-year-old little girl if you don’t like working with children, you shouldn’t work here! I have never gone to a doctor’s office especially a Kids one and have been so disrespected!
I am finding it difficult to schedule a well-check appointment, and when I finally do, the experience is rushed. This has led me to question the quality of care, particularly in light of the multiple missed diagnoses our child has received. It is concerning that health issues are being identified by the school nurse before being addressed by her primary care physician. Thats a problem.
Administration is a disaster. The online portal is pretty much useless and you have to wait forever to speak to someone on the phone. They don’t let you schedule more than two weeks in advance for well checks, but then you end up being scheduled 3 or 4 weeks out once they let you. Every appt we’ve had, we check in early and wait for almost an hour to actually be seen, and the providers seem to do the bare minimum to get you out quickly. Would not recommend.
Took my child to get seen here today as he has had a fever for 2 weeks now along with a body rash, bloody nose, cough, phlegm, vomit and pink eye due to his fever. I have done my due diligence but it's been going on too long and his fever today was as high as 103°F and he needs professional help! Well, Dr Becky Spring went in for 30 seconds, said he sounds and looks OK and we are shit out of luck as she wont do anything or prescribe anything.
