Our experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating due to their scheduling process and poor customer service. On multiple occasions, we were told that we couldn’t schedule a future appointment because it was “too far out.” Instead, we were instructed to call back about a month before the appointment was needed. I personally loved our Dr we went to, Melinda Ritchie! The reason i’m giving this place a 1 star rating is because they had a 3 week scheduling period & i was always sure to have an alarm set to get him in. Some days if you called even later than 2 hours after they put out the schedule it was already full. This time i went to schedule his 18m well check and i call when i get my calendar notification for 3 weeks out. Love after hours always easy to get an appointment, Dr Berger has been with our 12 years old since birth, couldn't be happier with his care
I hate to even give this office even one star!!! I have been here just 3 times due to just moving to this side of town and Emily at the front desk EACH AND EVERY TIME has been HIGHLY disrespectful and should NOT be working in a Place to serve children just to scare them and try to INTIMIDATE their parents because we have questions!!
