We’ve had both amazing and mediocre experiences at After Hours. But most recently we saw Dr. Ash who was very professional, compassionate, and soft-spoken. He went the extra mile to make sure all of our son’s needs were addressed even during a short visit. The nurse, I think her name was Issa, was also amazing with our son’s care. She read through his chart beforehand and told us his vitals without us asking which made the visit and explaining our concerns much smoother. She works very well with kids. Thank you to both!
My son's PCP for 3 years charted multiple specialty care providers diagnoses incorrectly. I didn't discover this until I received a full copy of his medical records AFTER we'd left this practice. The PCP also never even charted about ANY of the specialty care my son was receiving from a top neurologist and psychiatrist, or their referrals... even though they were clearly mentioned during his yearly well checks. I would give zero stars if I could, the girls working here are so rude and unprofessional! My daughter had to use the bathroom and they started saying to each other, she had the whole time to go and she decides to go now I hate that… She is a six-year-old little girl if you don’t like working with children, you shouldn’t work here! I have never gone to a doctor’s office especially a Kids one and have been so disrespected!
I am finding it difficult to schedule a well-check appointment, and when I finally do, the experience is rushed. This has led me to question the quality of care, particularly in light of the multiple missed diagnoses our child has received. It is concerning that health issues are being identified by the school nurse before being addressed by her primary care physician. Thats a problem.
