The worst! They don't deserve one star. This is the first time I've ever written a review. I'm usually a calm person and I don't get easily offended. Not today! I don't know if the staff here are lazy, uninformed, or both but they told me they are not qualified to write referrals. I have recieved referrals from urgent care facilities many times in my life. I called at approximately 8pm asking for help with an albuteral inhaler for my 10 year old asthmatic son. A very snooty woman informed me that he would need to be seen first. I was already aware of this fact and was prepared for it. She then informed me that I needed to hurry up. (They close at 9pm.) We arrived approx 15 minutes later to a very rude, young lady. I have taken my kids here a number of time over the past few years....most recently my daughter had strep. The nurses were great, they got us in and out quickly, with the correct diagnosis, clear instructions and follow up the next day to make sure she was doing ok. I love that they focus only on kids and that they explain everything clearly. I will definitely go back again. Thanks....
