If you want to run a business better change receptionist, she’s very rude and unprofessional, and she doesn’t listen to the concern of the patients. It was my worst experience to visit this clinic. She does not book the appointment and avoid the customers. She always explain this clinic is only for cough, but I remember in the past six months ago I went to this clinic because of back pain issue and I got register for appointment that means she’s lying.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this After Hours Clinic location. The Caucasian female receptionist who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I visited the clinic to request an appointment for a medical concern, but I was refused to book appointment without a clear explanation and was spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. I called multiple times over several days to book an appointment, but no one answered the phone, so I decided to walk in instead. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unpleasant. The receptionist was dismissive and came across as rude throughout the conversation. I had a terrible experience with your receptionist today. I called to explain my medical concern, but she repeatedly interrupted me and hung up before I could finish speaking. Even after I called back and politely asked her to listen, she continued to hang up. No patient should be treated this way. Her behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and left me feeling discriminated against. I expect this incident to be taken seriously.
