Worst staff, worst clinic in canada, they should close this. Please need them and they do not wnna help. Neither they answer the phone, nor they attend the patient politely. Very rude, arrogant. If there is any negative rating I probably could go with that but unfortunately I have to give them 1 star that they dont deserve.
Left on hold for 20 minutes hang up and call back now your full answer it's an automated message. Cool.
Receptionist is too rude . I was here by 11 am for a reason as I have too much pain but she refused and when inask her name , she even refuse to give her name
Pathetic the service we have they have doctor but can't help with prescription because my hubby doesn't have a doctor and refuse to go to the hospital waiting 15 to 20 hrs
