I usually don’t write reviews by just ignoring the fact some places are busy, things happen and I ignore it but considering places that require urgent things to be taken care of and health related problems they should be priority. I kept calling the number provided on google for their clinic but better luck with that, your call won’t go through at all. Like I tried 20 times, 1 beep and call ends. Very rude staff, prescription for a regular blood test they are not even giving that and they are saying we don’t deal with this. We don’t deal with that a lot of problems and this medical system is having a lot of problems here.
I didn’t want to write this review, as I wanted to have the chance to talk with the clinic to resolve the problem, but I cannot get through to anyone. I had an appointment a week ago to get a quick test to see if I had an infection that needed antibiotics. I was pretty sick and somehow got in on the same day I called (mind you, I called about 25-30 times before I got reception). When I went in, I found out my Medicare was expired (my fault) and had to pay their fee of $50 cash. I handed the reception 3 $20 bills, and while s... read more
