Great customer service! Bought a boat and took it back to the dealer because it kept cutting off while driving. They couldn't figure it out. I took it here and within a day they got me right no stress no hassle and reasonable prices.
Josh and is crew did a great job! I dropped off my Whaler to get the motor and nav lights looked at. The motor is an old Johnson that wasn't starting for me. Josh kept me updated throughout the whole process on what the diagnosis was, which parts/labor were going to be needed, and what the timeline was. While re-wiring the nav lights, he also rewired my tilt/trim switch and cleaned up all of my wiring to put it in super clean shape. Would not recommend. Took my boat in 3 times for engine repair and fuel guage. After 1st pickup the engine smoked like crazy. Fuel guage supposedly changed still didn't work. Took back and had to call only to be told it was done and was taking out for a test run. He said he takes videos of test runs but my goodness not for my boat. Could not have been taking out wouldn't run and fuel guage still doesn't work. If tested the alarm would have came on after a few minutes like it did for me. Truly appreciate the hard work that Josh and crew put into recovering my boat. Very friendly team. They recovered my boat in under 4 hours. My anxiety can lower now thanks to great customer service. Couldn't ask for friendlier people to work with.
