They were amazing with my little Oakley! They explained the process and went over everything with me in detail and put a care plan in place that I could do from home. I appreciate their helpful and caring nature.
Excellent compassion, patience and over all wonderful care.. I will defiantly visit this location with Dr. Jackie Puterbaugh again with any of my pets that are a part of my family. After having the worse service with Animal Emergency Center with James Flinchbaugh on June 7th 2013 . I have used this clinic several times. I have a black lab who gets into everything. He's ate pretty much everything know to man and as you can imagine has required several trips to the emergency room. He'll probably glow in the dark now since he's been x-rayed so often. He has even had a horrible case of Parvo. After all of the situations my lab has gotten into, he has turned out to be fine and live his happy care free life as though nothing has ever happened. Many months ago my sister in laws dog got Parvo and their treatment was increadible, since then anytime I have a problem with any of my animals after hours that is the first place I go! They are excellent at what they do and the prices do not eat up your pocket book, God Bless them!
I had a problem around 3:00 a.m. and on the advertisment it says 24 hour help, yea well unless your dog is dead don't call because all they will tell you is it's not an emergency and to call a vet in the morning. So unless your dog is dead i wouldn't call this place because if it is an emergency they wont help.
