This place is unreal! I drove 30 miles after making the appointment on their link brought "square" wherein I was printed to enter my credit card information to secure my spot. They waited until I got in front of their building to text me that my appointment request was declined. This was at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, when their website says they're open from 10 to 7. There wasn't even any want to answer the phone so that I can make proper arrangements for another appointment. Very unprofessional!!
I would never have thought in a million years I would be writing a review after having a tooth extracted!! But OMG I wanna tell everyone about this place!! They are awesome!! Thank you Evan. Your guys are awesome.
I had my bridges replaced and experienced 5 star dental care/customer service. Brilliant idea that caters to those who are too busy to make the traditional dentist appointment. Dr. Prado and his support staff are highly recommended!
