They are so awesome here and they treat u like family.
I seen Dr. Stevens for the first time this weekend. He was very kind and considerate. I would recommend anyone to him. He has one of the best bedside manners a doctor could have. Thank you for seeing me.

Why do you have to have a appointment when you don't get into a room until two and a half hours later. That's something I don't understand. Some people have jobs and you expect maybe a hour with a appointment but not 4!!!
After an hour of waiting, we were told that they would not see my 9 month old baby for wheezing, fever, and shortness of breath that we needed to take him to Children's. *Note that they did see him a month before for the same symptoms.* When I signed in they read his symptoms, so why not tell us they "couldnt" see him instead of letting us sit there with a miserable baby for an hour. I just wished that the one in Sumiton was bigger so they could have two doctors. So the wait is not so long.
Worse place to go . People at front desk are so rude . Last time i went paid a $ 120.00 to be told to go to primary care Doctor . Unreal
