The office staff is very poor at their job. - I've had to call several times the day before an appointment with a specialist because I've been notified that Dr. Khan's staff has not gotten authorization for visit that was set at least one month prior. - The office staff has a terrible turnover rate. The only people consistent is the Dr. and Nurse Practitioner. All the nurses and office staff keep changing. - Dr. doesn't treat. He's just a referral guy. He's good at ear and sinus infections
The office staff are incompetent, and completely unhelpful, I seriously doubt Dr Khan reads these reviews, I would guess they keep them from him, as they do everything else, they mess up peoples referrals and will NOT let you speak to Dr Khan, the phone system is an utter joke, no one ever answers the phone, and you are not always given the option to leave a message, but when you do, it's ignored, Dr Khans saving grace is his physicians assistance ms Karyl,
I have enough!!! Today was the last visit to Dr. Khan and his office staff. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have seen lots of turnaround with his staff but this is the worse ever.. Dr. Khan I hope you read this reviews online as I was dined today by your staff to speak to you or your office manager ( you no longer have either) . Dr. Khan is knowledgeable, kind, and I trust him. I have been his patient since he opened his office. However, the office staff is not qualified and unfriendly, the telephone stays on recording most of the time, they close at 5 p.m. but turn the telephone to the answering service at about 3:15. Calls are not be returned at all, no matter how many messages you leave during working hours. Getting your prescriptions filled is a great problem, too. The staff does not tell the truth.
This office is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, they lie, and when you ask for your medical records so that you can go elsewhere they give you incomplete records and want to charge you.
The ONLY reason this is even getting one star is that Doctor Khan himself is awesome and caring. With that said, the office is completely incompetent. When calling you will typically get a recording - consider yourself lucky if the call is returned. Pescription refills is a hassle and oftentimes wrong. Appointment times change without notification and they will lie. If you are considering this office...run...run away.
