William Jamison and Christian Santos were excellent and very informative with all the work that needed to be done. They were prompt and made sure every thing was finished and cleaned. Any questions we had, they thoroughly went over with us. 10/10 customer service for these guys!
Bob Fuller was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not a high pressure salesman. But he was very honest and answered all my questions. If you have a crawl space I would recommend you have Bob come inspect it!
Matt Carter spent a couple of hours inspecting my home. He was very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough inspection. Highly recommend.
2/5/2026: I want to thank my technician Elijah Walley for the install of our new Wi-Fi functional crawlspace dehumidifier. Elijah performed our annual inspection during the December 2025 timeframe, and we learned that our dehumidifier had some components to go out, and the cost to repair did not make sense, based on age of the unit. The old unit was replaced yesterday. Elijah is professional, knowledgeable and Trustworthy. Matt Carter was wonderful. He worked with our schedule!! He walked us through the entire house, listened to all of our concerns and throughly explained what was happening with our home. I will recommend him to neighbors and friends.
