My wife went to get her hair done. After washing her hair, they left her sitting for 2 hours and 30 minutes to dry while working on other customers. When she told them that our child was crying and waiting for her, they did not respond. This is very poor service and needs to be improved
Tewachew was out and Abiy and the other stylist were terrible in customer service, I would rate them at zero. Called before driving after work and I was told to be there before 9pm. After they confirmed, they didn’t honor our reservation when we get there. The worst thing was how they treated my 11 years old son, so disrespectful, no eye contact, and the fact the Abiy guy was my son’s favorite, his professional demeanor was unacceptable. I hope they learn to respect customers and not mistreat them!
