My Mum purchased a ticket for my Aunt in Nigeria in October 2018. She paid for it including the additional fees when she had to change the date. On Feb 3rd when my Aunt was supposed to leave Nigeria, the Airline said there was no ticket and it was not confirmed. This travel agency if that is what you want to call it has yet to reissue the ticket giving one excuse after the other but had no problem collecting $1,600 from an elderly woman.
