Edited May 23rd, 2015. Very happy on how they handled a glitch in their system! Couldn't be happier with the outcome and they truly care about their guests. Its hard to find a business who value their customers anymore. We purchased two $7 tickets online, once we checked out and accepted the charges for some reason it charged us $50.00 for a carload pass. After some explanation and trip to the gift shop, we were compensated and then some. We will be coming back! Thanks again for helping out!
