We recently went to the Safari and I was very disappointed. There were so many cars trying to shove through that I was sure there was going to be an accident. The animals were so over fed they didn't want any part of coming to our vehicle so it was a pretty boring and long drive-thru with a car full of some very disappointed kids. And the giraffes were no where to be seen. The bathrooms were disgusting. Might as well go to Lagoon Deer Park in Sandusky. It's $12 cheaper per person (unlike this ripoff of a place), you're up close with animals instead of in your car, and the staff is actually friendly. I've been up in this area for my entire life and Deer Park is the way to go.
This was so neat...the buffalo and giraffes were so friendly and had no clue about personal space lol...I highly recommend it :)
Had a great time yesterday! A little on the pricey side...unless you get a coupon - but overall - a lot of fun!!
This was a complete waste of money. They have no limit to the amount of vehicles they let through! We sat in one place for over 20 minutes at a time, there were few animals that would even walk up to us, even the Buffalo refused food, that we paid $24.00 for, because they were so over fed! I called to ask why it was so backed up and they informed they had already had over 500 vehicles earlier today. They have no problem taking your money and not providing any kind of safari experience. Love... Love... Love it! ♡ Worth getting the year membership. We will definitely be back again! We had a wonderful family trip... filled with lots of fun, laughs and silly animal moments!
We have been going to Port Clinton for years but have never stopped here. So glad we went this past weekend. We had a blast. So much more than we expected. The staff was great and the grounds were so clean. Make sure you take advantage of the walking tour. The pig races were a hoot. We can't wait to visit again.

Fun for everybody smallest kid is was a bit put off by the larger animals but great fun at a fair price.
I use to work here when i was 15 and i would love to bring my kids there to see all the animals. Best place i ever worked.
