I ordered a U-haul truck to be picked up at this location. The business owner and/or manager knew the night before my pick up that she did not have a truck for me. She did not notify me that night or the morning of the move. It does not appear that she notified U-haul of the issue, either. The first I heard of it was the morning of pick up, causing delays and inconvenience for all those involved. I would not trust this location, again. Things happen.
