I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for African lounge Thunder Bay Restaurant. A few days ago, I placed a last-minute, large-scale food order that I honestly didn’t think would be possible given the time constraints. To my surprise, the wonderful lady there assured me it would be ready in less than an hour. True to her word, the order was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, the chicken, was fantastic. What a delightful experience to learn about this gem and meet the owner! We stocked up on shitor (dried fish and pepper condiment) from the market shelf and can’t wait to return for takeout and catering in the future.
