Very unprofessional. The pictures do not match the work. She should not be working in any shop and needs to go back to cosmetology school, if she ever went. I am highly disappointed with how my hair turned out. I paid $240 for boho knotless braids. The braids are loose, the ends are blunt-cut, and the parts are uneven. I asked her to fix it, and she said the hair couldn’t be dipped, not sure how that was going to fix it! Clearly she’s stealing other people work and claiming it as her own!
Cancelled my appointment in she didn't even tell me until the day of my appointment had so many excuses on why she couldn't do it.... Took 2 hours to send the deposit back Ash st Africans are very professional but Spence don't book with her she's very unprofessional...
It was excellent. My braided was extremely friendly and very nice. I felt like I was at home getting my hair braided. I will definitely be going back. It's almost a hour drive but it was worth it. Thanks.., job well done!!👍💯
Excellent service for box braids and kinky twists. Fast, neat, and professional. Prices are a bit higher than other braiders in the area, but worth it. Got me and my daughter in on the same day. I will be back.
