I called earlier the morning I needed to get my hair done she quoted me a price and told me that I would be able to be a walk-in, I had a wonderful experience at this braid salon , They are all lovely individuals who accomplish beautiful hair styles , Not to heavy handed and braid to your liking ,I will be coming back 🔥🔥💙💙

My son had appointment with Kyah she asked him if he made a direct deposit which she didn't ask for the first time he went to her. He said no I didn't do a deposit and she told him to come anyway. Just before starting she asked again about the deposit, he reminded her that she told him to come on anyway then she lies and tell him she can't do his hair because he's not on her schedule even though he has the text message of what time she told him to come. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

I had a appointment schedule at 9:15am I went there no one was there kyah said she would be there in 20 mins never showed up then text me at 6:30pm asked if I still wanted my hair done poor customer service . Will never return back

Very rude braids sloppy and price given and changed at completion of hair style very inconsistent with service

**Update: Recently attempted to set up appointment in advance for my birthday for waist length cornrows but initially did not receive a response. After about 1 or 2 weeks, was advised that she’d let me know because she doesn’t really do appointments but never received a response.
