I called yesterday regarding a certain hairstyle that I wanted for my daughter. She then told me to send her a picture of the hairstyle to know if she can do it or not which I did. Didn't even get a chance to book because of how rude & unprofessional this lady was when my younger sister & I contacted for pricing/availability. If you can't handle basic customer service skills & confirming appointments with new clients to ensure they feel at ease, then you need to find a different profession. Waited awhile to receive info that she told us she was gonna send & never did. This was one of if not the worst hair braiding salon that I’ve been to in VA. Where should I start.., The owner, Kyah, was friendly when I first got there. After I started getting my hair done by one of her braiders (I’ll get to that in a second), she wasn’t so nice. I had been there 6 hours and only had the front of my hair done. I asked if I could possibly get two braiders on the back because at that point I was very tired and still had 3-4 hours to go. Her response was “No!” That’s it.
