Spent a lot of money here. I asked for a specific person, but when I sat down there was another woman getting ready to start my hair I asked for the braider I want and she said she’ll be here soon. I told her I will wait so she called Vanessa. Vanessa told me she misread my message and the braider wasn’t available till Saturday at 1pm. On Saturday I texted 2 hours early to confirm the appointment and I was told I should find another shop because the braider doesn’t work there often. ive been going to this salon since november of 2023, and each time ive been satisfied. vanessa and her stylists are some of the sweetest women ive ever met and their hands are blessed! scheduling is never an issue and they make sure that you’re okay when you’re in their seat. whether you bring an inspiration picture for a style or just tell them what you want, you leave feeling amazing
Very professional, and Vanessa did a fabulous job on my hair! She was very sweet and polite and everything came out so perfect!!! Thanks for everything and I will definitely be returning
Just to let you know braids will take 7+ hours for box braids and will start 2 hrs late love it
