Great quality service I love my hair. I love everything about it. This is my second time coming to the shop best place in Silver Spring to get your Braids locks protective styles.
Very good job done. My hair looks fantastic. It wasn't the exact thickness I was expecting but the looked turned out bomb. Very skilled, fast, and talented braider. A hard worker.
I am writing this review regretfully, but the owner (Marie) is expecting this review. My daughter has been a repeat customer several times in the past, but, I must say, that this business has gone downhill within the past four to six months. I reached out to the owner on a Tuesday to ask about availability for the rest of the week. I didn't hear back and contacted her again on Thursday. Horrible! A complete waste of time! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I didn’t get anywhere near what I asked for after sitting for 8+ hours. I stated several times, if you are not able to do the style I want don’t do it. Head hurts, neck hurts, entirely too much hair I am so disappointed!
I've been here twice and this by far the best braiding salon I've been to. Nice and clean on the inside
