I had a wonderful first experience here. Kiki was very accommodating and Cathy finished me off with exceptional service. My knotless twists came out perfect, neat and so cute! I will be booking again.
Very professional, very nice and very clean ☺️ Will definitely be back, I’ve been trying to find a good braider since I started growing my hair out. Highly recommend these ladies! Kiki had me in and out in like 45 minutes tops for a braid down.
I hated the boho braids, wrong color and too heavy, cheap Kankelon, took 6 hours and overpriced….I can’t stand the tightness and how Africans braid , from the past so I knew better. I should have said something but didn’t… Never again. Also, too much going on in the shop, babies at work crying, the relatives or friends not decently dressed, not professionals like American salons. I took down my hair next day and threw a wig back on until I braided it myself..
I had a very disappointing experience with Kiki in June of 2024. Despite confirming the style and hair color a week in advance, she failed to acknowledge my messages. She also tried to reschedule my appointment last-minute due to her scheduling mistake, and when I arrived at my original appointment time, she wasn’t even there. The stylist who was present didn’t have the correct hair color, so I couldn’t get my hair done. If I can give this lady negative zero stars, I would’ve! How unprofessional can be you make a whole appointment with me, YOU MADE THE TIME! You wanted to change it and I’m not able to come any earlier instead of you informing your clients you decide to leave and then had me to walk to your business to find out that you left in -23° Disgusting
