I have been a client of Fatu since 2007. She is experienced and knowledgeable of all types of braids. She is fast and friendly. My braids are always neat and last for months.
I had the worst experience at this shop. They require their customers to pay up front for service & now I know why. I had to have them redo several braids because they were too tight but they were too busy talking to focus on the fact that they were continuing to braid extremely too tight. At one point I had to ask for one lady to not place the hair she was braiding into my hair in her food. Her response was that she was done eating.
