Big jumbo braids that were coming undone and over priced. Over charging people for a style that is not neat and pulls hair way too tight to even bare. This as a last minute emergency desicion and the worst braids I have ever paid for. Highly not recommended. I even got something simple to make it easy bcause from the pictures I knew it would be bad but not that bad.

Best braider I know, I’ve been going here for years and have never been disappointed with my hair. I lost a lot of hair during Covid and the way she braided my hair made it grow back in no time.

We have come to Sonia many times for my teenager daughter’s hair and every time is excellent! She is talented and makes you feel welcome during our appointments.

African Braiding Salon was incredible. I had no knowledge about doing my hair and have really been wanting to get a weave after dealing with chronic illness and losing a lot of my hair. Sonia was so kind and knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful weave. I almost cried because it turned out so gorgeous! I will be coming back very often. I highly recommend everyone come here for their hair needs.
