I called this business to find out if they had any availability for a same day appointment. The posts about the rude service over the phone are accurate. First she couldn't hear me which is fine. I repeated myself and what I was looking for. I was met with "you're calling at what time?" It was approximately 5:15pm and their hours are listed to close at 9pm on Sundays. This is the best hair braiding salon I have been going since I was a little girl and I have been going ever since. My Hair has been growing so well and is very healthy. I have been to this braiding place twice. More because of the price being low and me just needing a brake from my hair. This place is not the cleanest or most organized by any means at all but I was satisfied with my first appointment the second one I asked for a certain design cornrows in the front and box braids in the back the braids were nothing at all what I showed her in the photo the owner did her own design instead and when it was finished I didn’t even say anything because at this point I been sitting in your chair ... read more
