I have been seeing gretchen now for a month in a half now and I can't say enough good things! She has helped me tremendously in such a short period of time with my health issues ! She's kind and you can truly see her passion for wanting to help others live a more vibrant and healthy life .
Working with Gretchen has improved my health and quality of life! After experiencing debilitating joint inflammation and pain for more than a year, my symptoms went away in a few months under Gretchen’s care. She is attentive, caring, and encouraging. I feel comfortable going to her with various health questions, and feel confident in the protocols she provides.
This is Stacey, not Josh :) I love the approach Gretchen has in helping heal emotional baggage and how it ties in to the physical. She spends a great deal of time testing before your actual appointment time and conveys her findings in such an easy to understand terminology.

Gretchen is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely caring, kind, and from the moment I walked in the door, her energy was positive and calm. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she honestly cares about the health and well-being of her clients. Due to her background, I trust her knowledge and skills to find root causes to my health issues. I have lost 15 lbs. and 25 inches since I started. This is significant because I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and only have 1 adrenal gland. I highly recommend Gretchen!
