I got the same letter as others posted. I also have not been in any car accidents . I have got a few of these type collection letters ever since I went on a couple online car dealer websites. I checked my credit report to make sure they didnt somehow get it on there to ruin my credit. All 3 letter are basically the same format n came the same week.....a few weeks after I had been online car shopping
So this is a scam! I have had the same insurance for over 3 years and same car. I have a highlander. Never even been in a wreck!? Said I was listed as a driver is to why they got my information? How?
Scammers!!! I can't believe they can to what are doing to the people... They sent me a letter about some car accident back in June of this year. They're saying that accident happened in state of Maryland, city I have never been in my life! I'm resident of IL state and also, they mentioned a car that I have never owned! I asked them about more information but they're lip zipp tight, saying they're "still collecting more information"?! But they kept asking for my credit card so they could charge me a $3,321!
