Why can t I give a ZERO star? I worked for this company for about 2 months and they are HORRIBLE! They lie to their employees, and they don t even let you have a damn pencil at your desk because they don t trust anyone not to steal information out of the computer. They are also too concerned about failing audits and that s why they claim you can t use a pen at your desk. I wish I never worked there. Horrible call center ever. Losers for supervisors and I saw cockroaches in the break room....HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Be careful. When I purchased a Cingular Wireless phone in Wichita, KS in 2006, I had the phone set up for a Texas phone number. The store though, set up a temporary account in error with a Kansas phone number using the stores address. This account was charged an initial account fee of \$50.79, and I never found out about it until nearly three years later because the bill was being sent to the stores address. Contacting them to tell them youre mailing in a payment has the oppisite effect most people would expect. This action on my part resulted in them turning me in to more credit agencies and messing with my credit score. Here I thought paying off debts was supposed to raise your score...silly me.
Some of this companies employees are just jerks in and out of the business setting. they have a training manager named Don from Heyworth that is very unpleasant and non professional. Thinks the whole world revoles around him. Makes sure everyone knows that he works for AFNI and expects people to think he is someone. If I owned this company I would start looking for better and more professional employees.
Phone specialist are not professional at all. You ask direct questions and can not or will not give you a direct answer. You request a supervisor and get transferred to a line that just ring and ring but yet they are in the business of collecting on past due accounts.You the consumer call in and they answer the phone as if they placed the call explaining the type of business they are in before they even acknowledge that you place the call and the reason for your call.
