My experience at AFNI was honestly disappointing. Training felt very scripted and lacked real support or guidance, which left a lot of new hires confused and having to figure things out on their own. HORRIBLE company to work for. Set you up for failure
I couldn’t find it. Finally gave up and went home
Terrible company to work for. Hours are constantly screwed up. Company treats employees like children they hate. Poorly run and managed.
Avoid this company at all cost, after a extensive 12 week training they put you on something called a final or written, basically if you don't meet goal by a certain amount that's completely out of your power like customers calling back after you, you can get terminated for something as small as a store rep not saying " I'm a store rep" which is what happened to me, the coaches and staff very ghetto and disrespectful and will make fun of you right to you're face the turn over rate for the company is insane and the company re... read more
