I have work with this company for 4 years and I was terminated due to me being in the background while the customer was explaining what the issue was. Now remind you I didn't want to interrupted the customer but when the the technical representative was going to transfer the call back to the department where I was working at, I let the tech rep know hey the customer number Is already ported and its in the remarks and the technical rep was being so rude to me while the customer is on the line, but I get fired for staying in t... read more

I had a very disappointing experience working at [AFNI]. The management was disorganized and often unresponsive, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. Despite my efforts to communicate and improve processes, there was a clear lack of support and understanding from higher-ups. Additionally, the work environment was stressful and not conducive to productivity. Overall, I would not recommend this company as a place of employment.
