This company gladly takes your policy money each month but if you have cancer and have a cancer policy they will not give you a person to talk to. I would never recommend this cold hearted company to anyone. I am stuck with them so I will have to find a way to get help or hire an attorney to help me get my claim filed. Shame on this company for not offering a cancer patient a human to talk with I have faxed forms and tried calling with no luck in over a month Glad I am not is a financial crisis !
The first insurance agent got my info and never heard from her again. Then this guy above her calls and also gets my information. I waited two days after sending the info to text him but no answer. Called but got no answer two days after that, left a voicemail. 4 hours later I called and called multiple times until he answered and said he was in a meeting (by this time it’s 4 o’clock on a Friday) says he would contact me after.
