Aflac has been the worst company I have done business with. After cancelling a policy last July, they have continued to bill us up to today. We submitted multiple letters through our agent Chris Douglas with supporting documents showing the erroneous charges on our bank statements, Aflac sent us a letter saying that they cannot refund the money they had STOLEN from our account. This stupid office hasn't been in this location for over 5 years. Seems pretty stupid that you can get directions to a office or business that no longer exist
