Aflac insurance is the biggest scam. Takes weeks and weeks of back and forth with them checking on your paperwork and they will always say it’s pending. Then when everything finally gets processed it’s always a denial. They just want to get their couple hundred dollars a month but can never take care of the people paying into it. We paid into our policy for years and couldn’t get help when we were off work for over a month. Look into any other options other than Aflac the scam artists.
I was on hold for hours on multiple days trying to cancel the policy. One day I was on hold for 4 hours only to get disconnected. Another day I got thru but then got transferred around and then was on hold again and disconnected. I finally called a different number and got thru to someone after a couple of months.
I had canceled my policy and my old job didn't cancel through them and I was charged twice and I called and they sent me two checks for my full amount that I paid. Thier customer service is great and friendly. They are an all around good company in my opinion.
