Michelle helped us resolve a VERY difficult issue with WellCare when they ended our prescription coverage (without informing us) because, according to them we moved. We did NOT move. This involved numerous phone calls and letters to Wellcare and a few hours on the phone with the SSA, all of which were orchestrated by Michelle.
