These people are not people to trust since they made us waste time and 450 dollars out of my pocket, they are selling properties supposedly for VA loans, they say they are going to fix it and then when we have paid for the inspection and the option, they say they are not going to pay for nothing. Well the houses by me are rented by this company. They use some type of lawn service and they broke the window on my vehicle. I called as soon as I noticed.provided my name and number and ask for someone to call to replace the window. That was three weeks ago. When I called they refused to provide the name of the company and keeps telling me they will get back to me. Still no o response. Very unprofessional!
Good people just don't up keep their properties
I called and inquired about a property a few days before the first of May, I was told they were moving out to call the office Monday so they can give me the status of how long it will be before it will be ready for me to look at the place. I called Monday May 3rd and was told give them until next week to get the place cleaned and ready for viewing they took my name and number.
