This has to be the worst credit union in the history of credit unions. It has been severely understaffed and customer service is terrible. Basic transactions are not easy to accomplish, the ATM is always down, and staff is only helpful when you are getting a new loan. Myself and several of my co-workers have moved most of our money elsewhere-especially for day to day needs. Unless you need a loan and they are offering the best rate. STAY AWAY! Save yourself the headache.

I applied for an account, and received electronic verification but never anything about activating an account. I called three times asking about it, over the last 3 weeks, and cannot get a call back. Very frustrating
AFL-CIO CREDIT UNION. I've worked with the credit union for over 20 years of my life, before retiring. I'm very disappointed with the service that l received. I had to rewrite and repost my first post, it was written in anger. The staff definitely needs training, on how to listen to their members needs, training on how to answer the phone's, and to follow up with member's.
