Employee was super helpful.i love the new help there
I applied for an account, and received electronic verification but never anything about activating an account. I called three times asking about it, over the last 3 weeks, and cannot get a call back. Very frustrating
AFL-CIO CREDIT UNION. I've worked with the credit union for over 20 years of my life, before retiring. I'm very disappointed with the service that l received. I had to rewrite and repost my first post, it was written in anger. The staff definitely needs training, on how to listen to their members needs, training on how to answer the phone's, and to follow up with member's. The credit union needs staff that care about their member financial needs. With only 5 to 7 employees is not enough staff to help all the member's needs o... read more
